Dorje Chang Buddha III Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu, Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche, will lead a delegation across the USA to introduce this Americanbased Buddha to the West and present the treasury of Buddha-dharma contained in the book "H.H.
